raccoonjimothy.com (the “Site”) is an unofficial fan project operated by
Cardcade Games LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This page explains what information the Site
handles, the cookies it uses, including advertising cookies, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Usage & analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site and game are
used: pages viewed, events such as starting a run, and general device/browser information.
Advertising. We show ads through Google AdSense (and, in the game, Google’s H5 Games Ads).
These services use cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Sighting submissions. If you report a sighting, we receive the photo you choose, a display
name, a neighbourhood, and an optional note. Photos are resized and stripped of EXIF metadata
(including GPS) in your browser before they are uploaded, so precise location never leaves your
device. Only neighbourhood-level location is shown, and every submission is reviewed before it
appears publicly.
On-device storage. Your best score, sound preference, and shopping bag are kept in your
browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Store & checkout. Browsing and the cart happen on this Site, but checkout is handled by
our storefront provider, Fourthwall, on their own domain. Any payment and shipping
information you enter there is governed by Fourthwall’s privacy policy, not this one.
Hosting. The Site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard server/log data (such as
IP address) to deliver and secure the Site.
Cookies & advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to
this Site and other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on
your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
Analytics cookies help us measure traffic and improve the game. If you disable cookies in your
browser, the Site still works, though some measurement will be lost.
Your choices & rights
Ad personalisation. Turn it off any time via the links above.
EEA, UK & Switzerland. You have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal
data, and to object to personalised advertising. You can turn ad personalisation off at any time
using the Google Ads Settings link above. We are rolling out a regional consent tool for
non-essential cookies; until it is in place, you can control advertising cookies through the
opt-out links above and your browser settings.
California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell your personal information for money. You may request
access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
Remove a sighting. If you submitted a sighting and want it taken down, contact us and we
will remove it.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Site changes or as required by law. The “last updated” date above
will always reflect the current version.
