It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any person, agency, brand, token, or cryptocurrency associated with the raccoon known as “Jimothy.” All artwork and the game are original works created for this Site. Product names and trademarks that may appear belong to their respective owners.
If you submit a sighting, you confirm that:
You keep ownership of your photo. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, resize, and store it on the Site in connection with the sightings register. Every submission is reviewed before it appears, and we may decline, edit, or remove any submission for any reason, without notice. To have a published sighting removed, contact us and we’ll take it down.
Don’t abuse the Site: no automated scraping or bulk submission, no attempts to overload, break, or probe the service, no uploading of malware, and no impersonation. We may block access that does.
Merch is sold through our storefront and fulfilled by Fourthwall. Payment, shipping, returns, and refunds happen on Fourthwall’s hosted checkout and are governed by Fourthwall’s own terms and policies, which apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms. Items are typically made to order.
Jimothy is a wild animal in someone’s neighbourhood. Please don’t feed, follow, crowd, or approach wildlife. You are responsible for your own conduct offline.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms as the Site changes; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
